Features and Benefits

Optional Features Available on All Pager Models:
Voice Mail: This feature provides subscribers with a voice mailbox.
Operator Dispatch (not available for numeric units): This feature 
allows callers to have an operator dispatch text messages.
Nationwide Now: This allows customers to temporarily expand their 
coverage from Metro to Nationwide (where coverage is available) 
by calling customer service at (877) SVCE-TTI (782-3884).
Loss & Maintenance (for purchased units only): If electronic repairs 
are necessary, customers may return their pager. They will be 
provided a ‘loaner’--with their same pager number and coverage 
options--at no additional charge while their pager is being repaired. 
If you lose your pager, you can replace it with a new pager, 
less a deductible.

National Two-Way (Interactive) are the same and include metropolitan 
areas throughout the continental United States.

Pricing

Charges and Federal Subsidies

All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the 
Federal Universal Service Fund (also known as Local Service 
Subsidy or LSS) which provides communications services to 
schools, rural health care facilities and certain other entities.

Monthly charge is 1.84 percent of total usage
(excludes equipment charge)

Charges and Federal Subsidies

Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charge (PICC), also known as National 
Access Fee (NAF) is a fee assessed per switched long distance line which 
local phone companies charge long distance carriers. In turn, most long 
distance carriers, including TTI National, collect PICC from end-users.

PICC Business $4.31/line/month
PICC Residential $1.46/line/month

All telecommunications carriers are required to contribute to the Federal 
Universal Service Fund (also known as Local Service Subsidy, or LSS) 
which provides communications services to schools, rural health care facilities, 
and certain other entities. LSS applies to interstate and international billing and 
monthly recurring and non-recurring charges. The actual amount charged will 
vary based on the customer's unique mix of interstate, international and 
intrastate traffic each month.

LSS Business: 4.5%
LSS Residential: 7.2%

Once your order has been received, you should receive the activated pager from 
SkyTel within ten business days.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment

The customer should contact Customer Service at (877) SVCE-TTI 
(782-3884) to report/resolve the problem. If pager equipment is 
stolen, lost or beyond repair, a one-time charge will be imposed 
as follows:
Bravo FLX $ 74.00
Advisor Elite $149.00
PF1500 $199.00
PageWriter 2000x $399.00
For damaged equipment, the customer should call Customer 
Service at (877) SVCE-TTI (782-3884) for assistance.

Early Termination Charge

If any customer fails to meet the required term commitment on the 
Paging Order Form, penalties will apply.

Collections

At any time a customer is placed in collection status due to non-payment 
or delinquent payments, the Option 1 Paging Order Form gives TTI 
National, Inc.  the right to collect the full amount due on the paging lease. 
The amounts for lost, stolen or damaged equipment will be added as a 
one-time charge to cover the cost of the paging equipment if not returned.
Once HarvestLine has received your order, you should receive the 
activated pager from SkyTel within ten business days.

With HarvestLine National Paging, you have a choice of five different paging

Note: HarvestLine cannot offer to reprogram (re-crystallize or re-freq) 
any previously owned paging equipment.

Motorola Bravo FLX - Metro Numeric
Metro numeric paging is suggested for customers who require 
service in a single metropolitan area and only need to be notified 
to place a phone call.
Metro numeric paging gives the customer coverage in metropolitan 
areas within most states.
Coverage maps are available on the Internet. 
(See Coverage Areas section.)
Motorola Bravo FLX pager features a 20-character numeric display.
Pagers can be accessed by calling a personal toll free number 
(no PIN is required.) The caller may enter up to 20 numeric 
characters and use the # sign to send the page to the network. 
The subscriber is notified on the pager by an alert or vibration and 
the characters are displayed on the device.
 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment

The customer should contact Customer Service at (877) SVCE-TTI 
(782-3884) to report/resolve the problem. If pager equipment is stolen, 
lost or beyond repair, a one-time charge of $74.00 for the Bravo FLX 
will be imposed.

 

Motorola Advisor Elite- Metro Alphanumeric
Metro Alphanumeric paging is suggested for customers requiring 
the ability to receive important messages in a single metropolitan area 
without the need for a telephone conversation.
Metro Alphanumeric paging gives customers a wide area of coverage 
in metropolitan areas. (See Coverage Areas section.)
Advisor Elite pager is available with a 240-character alphanumeric display.
Pagers can be accessed by calling a personal toll free number. 
The caller may enter a numeric message or dictate a text message 
to an operator. An alert or vibration notifies the subscriber, and the 
characters are displayed on the device.
 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment

The customer should contact Customer Service at (877) SVCE-TTI 
(782-3884) to report/resolve the problem. If pager equipment is stolen, 
lost or beyond repair, a one-time charge of $149.00 for the Advisor Elite 
will be imposed.

Motorola PF 1500 National- Enhanced One-way
National Alphanumeric Enhanced One-way is suggested for customers 
who travel nationwide, have in-building coverage challenges or who go 
in and out of different coverage areas.
Enhanced One-way paging provides coverage in many major metropolitan 
areas throughout the nation. (See Coverage Areas section.)
Assured Message Delivery provides message storage when a user is out 
of a coverage area or has turned the paging unit off. When the customer 
returns to a coverage area, the message will be delivered. Messages will 
be stored for 72 hours. There is no limit on the number of messages stored.
Motorola PF1500 pager is available with a 500-character alphanumeric 
display. Pagers can be accessed by calling a personal toll free number. 
The caller may enter a numeric message or dictate a text message to an 
operator. The subscriber is notified on the pager by an alert or vibration 
and the characters are displayed on the device.
Customers may also use the MCI WorldCom Inc. Web site to send a page.

Motorola PF 1500- QuickReply Interactive
QuickReply Interactive National Alphanumeric is suggested for customers 
who travel nationwide, have in-building coverage challenges or who go in 
and out of different coverage areas. Customers have the ability to confirm 
delivery of their messages and send short pre-programmed replies.
QuickReply Interactive paging provides coverage in many major 
metropolitan areas throughout the nation. (See Coverage Areas section.)
Assured Message Delivery provides message storage when a user is out 
of a coverage area or has turned the paging unit off. When the customer 
returns to a coverage area, the message will be delivered. Messages will 
be stored for 72 hours. There is no limit on the number of messages stored.
Quick Reply service provides a "canned response" capability that allows the 
subscriber to respond to a message with a pre-programmed response.
Quick Reply does not offer message origination from the device and 
subscribers can only respond to incoming messages back to the source 
of the original message. A Quick Reply response can be sent to any 
alphanumeric pager, via the MCI WorldCom, Inc. Web site, or by using 
messaging software which is offered free of charge.
Customers simply call Customer Service at (877) SVCE-TTI (782-3884) 
to add Quick Reply service to their Enhanced One-Way service on the 
PF1500. Quick Reply functionality will be added remotely, so customers 
will not have to do without their pager.
Motorola PF1500 pager is available with a 500-character alphanumeric 
display. Pagers can be accessed by calling a personal toll free number. 
The caller may enter a numeric message or dictate a text message to an 
operator. The subscriber is notified on the pager by an alert or vibration 
and the characters are displayed on the device.
Customers may also use the MCI WorldCom, Inc. Web site to send a page.

PageWriter 2000 - National Two-Way
National Two-Way/Interactive is suggested for customers who need 
nationwide "real-time" two-way communication. Subscribers can 
communicate with other subscribers and any Internet E-mail user.
National Two-Way paging provides coverage in many major metropolitan 
areas throughout the nation. (See Coverage Areas section.)
Assured Message Delivery provides message storage when a user is 
out of a coverage area or has the paging unit turned off. When the 
customer returns to a coverage area or turns on the unit, the message 
will be delivered. Messages will be stored for up to 72 hours. There is 
no limit on the number of messages stored.
Motorola PageWriter 2000x pager comes with a standard "QWERTY" 
keypad and lighted display. Each pager can be accessed by calling a 
personal toll free number. The caller may enter a numeric message or 
dictate a text message to an operator. The PageWriter 2000 also allows 
you to send and receive text messages to and from other pagers and 
Internet E-mail addresses. The subscriber is notified on the pager by 
an alert or vibration and the characters are displayed on the device.
Customers may also use the MCI WorldCom, Inc. Web site to send 
a page. Replies to messages will be delivered to the Web site or 
delivered to another pager.

lost or beyond repair, a one-time charge of $ 399.00 for the PageWriter
